I am a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist in Ontario Canada, specializing in:

• Anxiety, grief, trauma

• Cross-cultural experiences

• Relationship challenges within areas of parenting, intimacy, and caregiving

I work with adult individual clients (18+) in Ontario.

Psychotherapy is about self-exploration, in addition to regaining resilience and strength. My job is to help you develop a deeper and more compassionate connection with yourself and other important relationships around you.

Self-exploration can be challenging work, but it will be rewarding.
